Hiking in winter

Just as we explore the mountains in summer, we can also take wonderful hikes through the snow-covered landscape in winter. More than 150 kilometers of cleared winter hiking trails open up the snowy landscape around lake Achensee. Starting from the hotel, you can explore many well-marked hiking trails.

Snow-shoe hiking

With snowshoes you can experience the snow covered landscapes away from the ski slopes in a very gentle way. You can rent snowshoes at our own shop LustBOXX.

Tobogganing

Down the valley you can also go by toboggan, during the day or at night. Leisurely or racy. The perfect slope is waiting directly behind DAS KRONTHALER and can be reached on foot or with the chairlift. A special experience is the tobogganing at night: every Wednesday evening.

Moonbike

For all action enthusiasts - the new Moonbike Snowpark in Achenkirch! Moonbikes are electric caterpillar vehicles with which you can whiz quietly and eco-friendly through the snow.
